Rebecca Seal
I have over 20 years of experience working within early years. I have worked as a room leader in all the different age groups and also have experience working in schools. I am now the Practice Manager at CNPG’s Rothley setting, based in the pre-school. My role is to support, mentor and coach the team through observing practice and sharing my knowledge and experiences to ensure high standards of care and teaching.
I graduated from the University of Northampton with a BA Hons in Learning and Teaching and also studied an Early Years Foundation Degree. During my time at University, I spent a lot of time researching the key-person approach which is embedded in the practice I lead. I believe it is important that every child feels a sense of belonging and builds strong relationships with their key-person to ease the transition from home to nursery. I am passionate about supporting children’s early childhood development and improving the outcomes for all.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym to keep fit or just to relax. I have recently started practicing and learning to play golf. I also love spending time with my family, visiting different places and eating out.
