Alison Chantry

Hello, my role is to support the staff team to deliver outstanding practice. I am practice based and am a key person for a group of children. I work closely with the other team members to ensure inclusive practice is embedded throughout, supporting children, families and staff.

I have over 30 years of experience working and childcare, possessing an expertise in supporting children’s transition to school and enhancing the school readiness curriculum through a play-based approach. I support staff through role modelling, coaching and peer support. I actively keep up to date with best practice and guidance, which ensures our practice is current and enables children to reach their full potential.
