Abi Poole

I am the Practice-Based Manager with a focus on nurturing children in the Foundation Unit and supporting the nursery team with delivering the curriculum. I have worked at CNPG for fifteen years. I have a deep passion for books, communication, and fostering a love of learning, which I achieve through my role as CNPG’s ‘Literacy Fairy’. I am committed to helping children to be prepared for school by building strong foundations through our school readiness programme. I have a Level 3 in Child Development, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education &Business and am a Qualified Teacher. Most recently, I completed a Masters Degree in Integrated Working with Children and Families. My role combines leadership with hands-on involvement and creating an engaging, literacy-rich environment where children can develop essential skills in communication and critical thinking. By using creative storytelling, interactive reading, and tailored activities, I aim to inspire curiosity and empower children to become confident, lifelong learners.
